Who you are buying from
Nerd Arcade is a sole trader business trading as Nerd Arcade, based in Bedfordshire, United Kingdom. Contact us at nerd@nerdarcade.store, which is the fastest way to reach a person. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is shown or charged separately on your order.
Prices and availability
Prices are in pounds sterling and include everything except delivery, which is shown at checkout before you pay. We list stock held by our UK supplier, and although stock is checked regularly an item can occasionally sell out between your order and dispatch. If that happens we will contact you and refund in full.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch, not when payment is taken. We may decline an order and refund you if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or we cannot deliver to your address.
Payment
Payment is handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own secure checkout and never reach this website or our servers. We never see or store your full card number.
Pricing errors
If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you to confirm or cancel before dispatching.
Your legal rights
Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
