Where we deliver
England, Scotland, Wales, the Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship to the Republic of Ireland, the EU, or anywhere outside the UK.
Cost and timing
Delivery is £4.95, and free on orders over £50. Orders are dispatched from a UK warehouse by Royal Mail Tracked 48 with proof of delivery. Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day; after that, or at a weekend, the next working day. Allow 2 to 5 working days in total.
Who sends your parcel
We do not hold stock ourselves. Orders are picked and posted by our UK supplier on our behalf. Your contract is with us, and any problem is ours to sort out — contact us, not them.
Cancelling your order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods, and you then have a further 14 days to send them back. You do not need to give a reason. Nothing we sell is made to order, so this applies to every item without exception.
Getting your money back
We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of proof you have sent them. That includes the standard delivery charge you originally paid. Return postage is yours to pay unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.
Faulty or damaged goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something arrives broken or faulty, email nerd@nerdarcade.store with a photo and we will replace or refund it. Please do not throw away damaged packaging until we have spoken.
How to start a return
Email nerd@nerdarcade.store with your order reference. We will confirm the return address before you send anything.
