What we collect
When you order we receive your name, delivery address, email address and what you bought. We do not receive or store your card details — those go directly to Stripe.
Why we hold it
To take payment, get your parcel to you, handle returns, and keep the sales records HMRC requires. That is the whole list.
Who else sees it
Two parties. Stripe processes your payment under their own privacy policy. Our UK supplier receives your name and delivery address so they can post your order — nothing more. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, ever.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years because tax law requires it. Anything not needed for that is deleted when it is no longer useful.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it erased where we are not legally required to keep it. The data controller is Nerd Arcade, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom. Email nerd@nerdarcade.store and we will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
